Welcome to Emmersons Show Team and Riding School Website
The yard is located at the The Meadows on the outskirts of Kirkby village, at the foot of the Cleveland Hills and North Yorkshire Moors. 40 minutes north of Wetherby and 50 minutes south of Newcastle.
Here you will find a large range of top class show horses and show ponies kept for showing at the major shows in the UK. 2010 was a particularly successful season, as one of the team's ponies was Supreme Pony of the Year at the Horse of the Year Show.

A huge thank you to everyone on the team who helped ensure the smooth running of the team and continued to strive on, even when the ponies were surrounded by floods!!!
Show Team
The show team regularly consists of:
15 Show Horses/ Show Ponies to campaign RIHS/ HOYS /BSPS Championship shows and County shows. 10 Show Horses/Show Ponies introducing new combinations, novice children and novice animals to the showing world...more
Riding School
The Riding School is made up of
approximately 10 horses and ponies which cater for both children and adult lessons from beginners to more experienced. The lessons take place most evenings and also Saturday and Sunday. Private lessons can be arranged.....read more
